Anytime you notice an STG team member exhibit passion, drive, and determination to get the job done, please take a minute to nominate them for Grit. Nominees receive an STG Grit T-shirt the first time they are recognized, followed by a sweatshirt, jacket, and other rewards for subsequent nominations.
